All Basic Collection items are prepared with care. Many items are custom or made to order, so please allow processing time before your order ships.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Larger custom orders, bulk orders, or highly personalized items may require additional time. Any extended turnaround time will be communicated with you before production.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated or displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Basic Collection is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Delano area. For privacy and security, the exact pickup address is not publicly displayed. Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, you will receive the pickup location and instructions by text or email.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Custom & Bulk Orders
Turnaround times for large quantities, team orders, memorial shirts, events, or other custom projects may vary depending on quantity, product availability, and design requirements. Any special deadline should be discussed before placing the order.
